Does my album purchase count towards music charts?

Yes, all official album sales made through SMTOWN GLOBAL SHOP are reflected in the Hanteo and Gaon (Circle) charts, helping support your favorite artists' rankings.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Please note that pre-order items will ship according to the release date specified on the product page.

What is the return policy for defective items?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required as proof to process exchanges or refunds for missing or damaged contents.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?

Product prices do not include international customs duties or VAT. Customers are responsible for any import fees charged by their local customs office upon the package's arrival.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Cancellations for pre-orders are only accepted while the status is 'Pending.' Once the order has been processed or the pre-order period has ended, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
